Anxiety, calm & relaxation tincture

Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Alcohol

This tincture helps with calming the mind and relaxing the body in moments of stress or anxiety. Lemon balm improves mood and enhances intellectual performance. It helps to stop the constant flow of anxious thoughts. It also helps with ADHD and mild depression.

Both herbs relax the muscles, including the digestive muscles. This makes it a good treatment for abdominal pain, indigestion, constipation, gastritis and bloating. It is also used for Crohn’s disease and irritable bowel syndrome.

How to use: dilute 1 dropperful in water or fresh juice 1-3x a day.
