Fertility tincture

Ingredients: Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus), Alcohol

Chasteberry is particularly known for its hormone balancing effects, ability to improve conditions affecting a woman’s reproductive system and reducing symptoms of menopause. It improves fertility due to its ability to raise progesterone and to lower prolactin. It reduces symptoms of PMS as irritability, constipation, depression, migraines, breast pain and tenderness. It also improves menstrual cycles in women with irregular periods.

How to use: dilute 1 dropperful in water or fresh juice 1-3x a day.
